MGMT 2210 Principles of Management

An exploration of the theories, research, laws and practices of managing people, teams and organizations. This course focuses on both the science of organizational management as well as on the student's potential role as a manager and/or employee.

MGMT 2220 Leading and Managing Teams

Students will explore essential theories and concepts for analyzing, understanding and managing groups and teams in the workplace. The course will examine components that comprise teams and highlight key factors that influence team effectiveness. This course will also provide an understanding of principles and processes necessary to successfully lead teams effectively in a wide variety of organizational situations.
