PHED 2350 Methods of Teaching Fitness
This course is designed to teach the participants about basic fitness concepts as well as strategies for teaching fitness activities in the Physical Education setting. Students will be prepared to organize and teach activities promoting cardiovascular fitness, muscular fitness, and flexibility through a variety of activities including cardio exercises, weight training/resistance training, and yoga. Students will be required to prepare a lesson plan and teach an activity to the class.
