Brewing and Fermentation Minor

Course Requirements

Students are required to complete the coursework for either the Applied Brewing track or the Brewing Management track.  Four courses are required for both tracks.

Required Courses for both tracks

The following requirements must be taken for both the Applied Brewing and Brewing Management tracks. This includes an introductory gateway course and a final capstone course, as well as an entrepreneurship course and either an ecology or history and sociology course. Note: The History and Sociology of Brewing class is still in development.
