Minor Requirements: 20-22 credit hours
In addition to the four required courses, students must complete the coursework for either the Applied Brewing track or the Brewing Management track.
Required Courses: 10 credit hours
Required Courses for both tracks: 7 credit hours
The following requirements must be taken for both the Applied Brewing and Brewing Management tracks.

BREW 4000 | Brewing & Fermentation Capstone | 1 |
BUSI 1010 is not required for students with a Marketing or Business Administration major.
Selective Course for both tracks: 3 credit hours
Students must take one of the following courses:
HIST 2970: History of Beer section only
Applied Brewing Track Courses: 10 credit hours
BREW 2100 | Introduction to Brewing & Fermentation | 3 |

Equipment Course - Take One:
Take one of the following courses. This requirement must be complete prior to taking BREW 3100.
Brewing Management Track: 12 credit hours
Take four classes specific to the Brewing Management class. (1) ACCT 2600 or 2610; (2) MRKT 2110; (3) MRKT 3110 or MGMT 4220; and (4) MGMT 3240.
