Brewing and Fermentation Minor

Minor Requirements: 20-22 credit hours

In addition to the four required courses, students must complete the coursework for either the Applied Brewing track or the Brewing Management track.

Required Courses: 10 credit hours

Required Courses for both tracks: 7 credit hours

The following requirements must be taken for both the Applied Brewing and Brewing Management tracks.
