Outcomes

Candidates seeking an MBA must develop and demonstrate competency in six overlapping competency areas: managing decision-making processes 

• managing human capital
• managing strategy and innovation
• managing the task environment
• managing administration
• managing logistics and technology.

The culmination of the program requires students to identify a problem or need that includes a literature review, action plan, evaluative components of the plan, and a culminating presentation. There is an expectation of scholarly, professional writing and requisite presentation skills.
