Master of Business Administration
The intent of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) is to embrace and enhance student learning by cultivating such skills and sensibilities as innovation, collaboration, ethics, and creativity. The focus on leadership is integral to the MBA’s curriculum and outcomes. The degree requires the completion of 39 credits.
The Augustana University (AU) Leadership Academy is intentionally designed to connect students with community leaders in a mentoring relationship. The mission is to foster relationships among corporate leaders, alumni and current students to provide an invaluable link between academic theories and on-the-job realities. Mentors will assist students in developing their own professional development goals throughout one academic year by sharing their own career experiences.
